The first domestic specimen was reported from Kőszeg Mountains, West Hungary (Újhelyi 1981 с). It is distributed in the Alps and its environs {Malicky 1983). It is common in the Mecsek Mountains, the first specimen was caught in 1981 {Nógrádi 1984a), in 1983 it was collected at further localities, too. The bulk of specimens was swept. Synagapetus krawanyi Ulmer. 12 $$ and a 9 were collected in Valley „Vár-völgy", Eastern Mecsek {Nógrádi 1984b). It occurs only very localy in Lower Austria (Malicky 1974, 1975). A spring-friend species and it can live along the upper branches of brooks near the spring. The specimens were collected both by lamp and sweeping. Orthotrichia tragetti Mosely. It is a new species of Hungarian fauna. Knowledge of its distribution is incomplete. Is was collected by lamp and lighttrap nearby Bares and Szederkény. Dr. Malicky has revised the determination of the females. Hydroptila simulans Mosely. A widely distributed species lives eastwards to Afghanistan. It has
