b German-Austrians and Hungarians to Paris for the purpose: it appears to me that Bela Kun's suggestion would conveniently be at once acted upon and inland parties concerned in former Austria Hungary be called together for the purpose of settling definite boundaries or at least principles on which they should be decided ultimately and preliminary peace could be signed on that basis. As all other parties are already represented at Paris Conference (? I should) suggest meeting be held forthwith in Paris and representatives of German-Austria be invited to Paris for the purpose. Hungary is naturally very anxious to appear at a Conference and would probably swallow much and submit to terme which it would be difficult to make her agree to otherwise. Mindenképpen szükséges — hangoztatja Smuts —, hogy Német-Ausztriát és Magyarországot meghívják Párizsba, még az előzetes békeszerződés aláírása előtt. - Ez alkalommal a Kun Béla javaslata alapján összehívott értekezleten meg lehetne állapodni a végleges határokban. Ausztria és Magyarország meghívása arra szorítkozhat, hogy előadják ügyüket a Békekonferencián, — ha a teljesebb meghívásnak bármi akadálya lenne. Lehetséges, hogy ezt a békeszerződést még a német békeszerződés előtt alá lehet írni.
