2 Ministers have ordered all kinds of fodder, as well as agricultural machinery, to be requisitioned in the territories to be evacuated. Please lodge an emphatic protest with the Belgrade Government against this measure and demand its repeal by telegram. We have also referred the matter to the Allied Missions here.

Please press the Belgrade Government for the immediate release of the Baja officials interned at Valjevo, referring to the evacuation of Baja and repeated intervention by the Great Powers in this matter. Their release is urgent, because they will be called upon to take charge of the administration. Please report results.
