BUDAPEST, August 19, 1921. General Soós reports that the Yugoslav War 1 and Finance 2 Ministers have ordered all kinds of fodder, as well as agricultural machinery, to be requisitioned in the territories to be evacuated. Please lodge an emphatic protest with the Belgrade Government against this measure and demand its repeal by telegram.
