6 1921 Finally it was decided that Dr. Mayr would talk the matter over with Mr. Davy and that he would give me a definitive answer to-morrow. The Sigray newspaper article was also discussed. In this respect the Chancellor said that he had been very unfavourably impressed by the article, because he foresaw difficulties in thf negotiations and he was therefore grateful for Your Excellency's reassuring message.
