1 arrived on Thursday- night and is leaving to-night for Bucharest. It is expected that he will spend eight days there. Yesterday there was a widely spread rumour of his resignation as a result of the decision taken in London about the Upper Silesian plebiscite. Whether he remains is even more dependent on the result of his journey to Bucharest. The idea of a Czech-Polish agreement is repugnant to everybody, and the opinion prevails in military circles that it is only a tactical move until the conclusion of the Rumanian agreement.
