1920 I consider it my duty to draw your attention to these highhanded and inhuman acts, at once contrary to the principles of international law and to the provisions of the peace treaty. These arbitrary methods are causing an ever increasing alarm among the Hungarian population. 1 to support my request before his Government, and in spite of the valuable assistance which you very kindly lent me, all my efforts to influence the Belgrade Gevernment towards finding a remedy for the existing sad state of affairs, have so far been quite futile. In the territories occupied by Yugoslav troops, the conditon of my unfortunate compatriots is daily growing worse. Please let me know, as soon as possible, the result of your kind intervention. 2 war es Euer Exzellenz gefällig, das österreichische Staatsamt für Äusseres auf die von österreichischen Zeitungen aus Anlass der Entführung ungarischer Kommunisten aus Wien gegen die ungarische Gesandtschaft und deren Chef erhobenen Anwürfe aufmerksam zu machen und um Schutz und Genugtuung zu ersuchen, wobei Euer Exzellenz die Einleitung eines Strafverfahrens gegen die Urheber dieser Artikel ins Auge fassten.
