Letöltés ideje: 2008. március 12. Résumé The Baltic Region: The S?nalTState Project The Baltic Sea and its surronding is one of the most lively areas in Europe nowadays. It not just holds the possibility of a new region to develop, but this is the area where the EU is neighbouring with Russia and where the co-operation is daily and active. But this story has more than two protagonists, as the countries here are not just members of the EU but they are soveregin states as well. They have their own interests, memories, goals that have to be harmonised for the sake of co-operation. This is a succesful process in the Baltics. The development is not complete yet, still the region is often mentioned as hot spot in Europe. In my study I focus on this development. 146 Külügyi Szemle
