July 10, 1964 5 NOTICE TO VOTERS THURSDAY, September 24, 1964, is the last day for new registrations, changes of ad dress and reinstatements before the General Election, November 3, 1964. Any person 21 years of age or over on or before the next General Election (November 3, 1964) may register now. Any citizen of the United States, who will have resided in the State of New Jersey 6 months or more, and the County of Mercer 40 days or more on or befoer the Next General Election may register now. Anyone who has not voted in any election within the past four years must register before being permitted to vote in any future elections. Any registered voter who has changed his or her name due to marriage, divorce, or by decree of Court, must re-register before being permitted to vote in future elections. Any registered voter who has MOVED TO ANOTHER ELECTION DISTRICT IN MERCER COUNTY, on or before September 24, 1964, must file a change of resident notice, either by mail or in person at the office of the Commissioner of Registration, or their Municipal Clerk, as the case may be. IF SUCH NOTICE IS NOT FILED ON OR BEFORE SEPTEMBER 24, 1964, THE REGISTERED VOTER WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO VOTE. Any registered voter who moves after September 24, 1964, may vote in the district he moved from, after signing an affidavit which is provided at the polling place. EACH CHANGE OF RESIDENCE NOTICE MUST BE SIÖNED BY THE VOTER.
