Those who have been knowing me from the time before my bist'j's service realize that the severeness by which I have acooE^plished my bishop's duty is not ray fundamental nature, But I have had to do so for your sake. Right Reverend General Assembly ! I do not say good-bye after all. The affairs which th church district lives in and those which I am going to live in, are organic* d-y and deeply connected to each other.. .e remain together in the living oneness of the affairs and services.
