On December 15th Zoltán Tiliczki was sentenced to one years imprisonment which was suspended fór ten months, on December l6th Ferenc Reich was sentenced to one year and ten months imprisonment by the Fo Street Court, During Ferenc Reich's trial the prosecutor appealed fór an increased sentence. Neither of the sentences are definitive judgements and the accused are free to set up a defense until the court of appeal hearing. According to the press the Parliamentary debate on the altemative social service clause has again been postponed and the bili will nőt come before Parliament until next year. Conscientious objectors are still being sentenced although récéntly somé Jehovah's Witnesses and a Reform Adventist who were imprisoned had their sentences reduced by a third.
