Plecotus aurltus Linné - Left M 1 , right mandible with P 4 , right mandible with P2-P4, left radius proximal fragment, left humerus distal fragment. At least two individuals. Its characters are clearly not like P . austriacus Fischer, but shows the primitive features of P . aurltus . Still, its measurements are somewhat greater than those of P . aurltus . Lower layer Rhinolophus hipposideros Bechstein - Right mandibular fragment with Pg-M-^, right mandible without teeth, right M3, 3 right cochleae, 5 left cochleae, 2 left humeri distal fragments, 2 left radii distal fragments. At least five individuals. Very probably, this animal is close to the contemporary subspecies distributed in the Mediterranean Region: Rh. h. minimus Heuglln. Its extremity bones are stronger, P 4-Mj length greater, P3 smaller than In nominate subspecies and P3 well in touch with P 4 . Rhinolophus ferrumequinum Schreber - 5 right upper C, 6 left upper C, right P 4 fragment (trlgon), 2 left P*, 3 right Ml, left M 1 , 2 right M 2 , 2 right M 3 , 4 right fragmentary M , 11 right cochleae, 11 left cochleae (some are fragmentary), right mandible with C-M3 and without ascending ramus, right mandibular fragment with P4-M2, right mandibular fragment with P4-M2 (trigonid of the latter), right mandibular fragment with ascending ramus and M2-M3, right mandibular fragment with M2, right mandibular fragment with M3, fragmentary ascending ramus of a right mandible, left mandibular fragment with Mi-M 2 , left mandibular fragment with P 4-M2, 2 left mandibular fragments with M2-M3, left mandibular fragment with P^-Mj (trigonid of latter), 3 right lower C, left lower C, right P 4 , 6 right Mj, 6 left M lt 4 right M 2 , 3 left M 2 , 3 right M3, talonid of a left M_, right humerus proximal fragment, left humerus proximal fragment, 2 right humeri distal fragments, 7 left radii proximal fragments. Remains of at least 11 Individuals. The remains of the Great Horseshoe Bat apparently do not differ from those of recent species. This is the most common bat in this locality. It Is a very interesting fact that the majority of separate teeth are certainly from young - 30-40 days old - specimens. This Is a proof of a summer breeding colony. Rhinolophus euryale Blasius - Fully preserved right mandible with P4-M3, left mandibular fragment with P4-M1, left cochlea, right radius distal fragment, 2 right radii proximal fragments. At least two individuals. This Is the first well proved appearance of this species in the early Upper Pleistocene of Hungary. At the same time the species with Mediterranean distribution suggests a mild temperate climate. The few remains seem to be stronger than, and in some characters different from the recent Dalmatian animals. Myotis mystacinus Kuhl - Left radius distal portion. One individual. The species is rare in this locality and also In others at Siitto. Therefore a detailed study of it is not possible. Myotis nattereri Kuhl - Left maxillary fragment with M 2 , right upper C, left upper C, left P 4 , left Mj. At least one Individual. The above remains could not identified as M. kretzoii, because of their clearly smaller measurements. The maxillary bone of the above fragment is also tiny. The appearance of this species along with the common M. kretzoii h as great importance. Myotis kretzoii Topái - Right maxillary fragment with P 4-M2, 4 right upper C, left upper C, left P 4 , right M 1 , left M 1 , right M 2 , left M 3 , right mandibular fragment with P 3 + M^Mg, right mandibular fragment with Lj + P3-M3, right mandibular fragment with P4-M3, right mandibular fragment with M^-Mg, right mandibular fragment with M2, right mandibular fragment with M3, fully preserved left mandible with P2-M3, 2 left fragmentary mandibles with P3-M3, 2 left mandibular fragments with P 4-Mg, left mandibular fragment with MJ-M3, left mandibular fragment with ascending ramus and M 2-Mg, left mandibular fragment with Mi , 2 left mandibular fragments without dentition, right U, right lower C, left lower C, left P4, 2 left Mi, left Mg, 2 right humeri proximal fragments, 2 left humeri proximal fragments, right humerus distal fragment, 4 left humeri distal fragments, 2 right radii proximal fragments, 2 left radii proximal fragments, 4 right radii distal fragments, 6 left radii distal fragments. Remains at least of ten individuals. As seen in the fragments of radii and some separate teeth there are definitely young - few weeks old - speciments in the material. So one can think of a summer breeding colony as it was the case with Rh. ferrumequinum. The recently described species (TOPÄL 1981) seems to be a characteristic one of the Late Middle Pleistocene of Solymár Horizon. The above remains evidently and fully agree with the Solymár species e.g. in strong P 4 with antero-internal cusp, the strength of molars and in the overall measurements. Myotis bechsteini Kuhl - Fragmentary left mandible without teeth. Right radius proximal
