fragment. At least one Individual. As in the case of the closely related M. nattererl and M. kretzoll, curiously interesting the presence of two different forms of M. bechsteini. The much less number of findings, however, do not permit us to draw detailed conclusions. Myotis bechsteini robustus Topái - Left mandibular fragment with M2-M3, fully preserved left humerus, right radius proximal fragment, right radius distal fragment. At least one individual. Its great measurements, strong teeth suggest the presence of some old, and great-sized form of M . bechsteini . Myotis blythi Tomes - 2 left upper C, left P 2 , left M 1 , right mandibular fragment with M 1-M 2 , right lower C, 2 left humeri distal fragments, right radius proximal fragment. At least two individuals. Although the P2 is small and orocaudally flattened, the scattered remains do not permit a final conclusion regarding the subspecific allocation of the Siitto form. Myotis daubentonl Kuhl - Left humerus proximal fragment, right humerus distal fragment, left humerus distal fragment, left radius distal fragment. At least one Individual. Eptesicus serotinus Schreber - Full rostrum with entire dentition except right I 1 and left I 1-2 , fragmentary rostrum with right P 4 , left maxillary fragment with M 2 fragment, 2 right I 1 , 2 left I 1 , 2 right upper C, left upper C, right P 4 , left P 4 , left M 1 , left M 2 , left M 3 (broken), right mandibular fragment with C + P4-M3, right mandibular fragment with P4 + M 2 , right mandibular fragment with P4, 5 right mandibular fragments without teeth, left mandibular fragment with M1-M3, fully preserved left mandible without dentition, and with broken angular process, 2 right lower C, left lower C, 2 right M 1 , 2 left M%, 3 right M 2 , 2 left M 2 , right M 3 , 2 left M 3 , right M_ talonld, 2 right radii distal portions, 2 left radii proximal fragments, 2 left radii distal fragments. The remains of at least six Individuals. The strength of maxillary bones, the slightly smaller teeth and one of the right radii distal fragments show some differences as compared with the recent animal. Some separate teeth are clearly from quite young individuals as seen in Rh. ferrumequinum and M. kretzoii. Eptesicus cf. nllssonl Keyserling & Blasius - Left maxillary fragment without teeth, right M 2 , right M^, right M 2 , left humerus distal fragment. At least one individual. Its M 2 is slightly stronger than those of some recent comparative animals. The same was observed in the distal humerus fragment along with differences in morphology. Barbastella cf. rostrata Topái - 2 right mandibular fragments with M 2-M 3 , 2 right mandibular fragments with M 2 , 3 right mandibular fragments without teeth, 3 fully preserved left mandibles without teeth, left M 2 , right M3, right humerus distal fragment, 3 left humeri proximal fragment, left humerus distal fragment, right radius proximal fragment, right radius distal fragment, left radius distal fragment. Remains of at least seven individuals. Most of the measurements suggest a greater animal than the recent B. barbastellus. Plecotus aurltus Linné - 2 right maxillary fragments with M*-M 2 , left maxillary fragment with P 4-M 2 , 2 left P 4 , left M 3 , left M 3 (broken), right mandible with slightly injured coronoid process and with P4-M3, 2 right mandibular fragments with P4 + M2-M3, right mandibular fragment with P 4-M 2 , right mandibular fragment with P4-M1, right mandibular fragment with Mg, left mandibular fragment with P4-M3, slightly injured left mandible without teeth, left mandibular fragment without teeth, 2 right humeri distal fragments, left humerus distal fragment. At least six individuals. The above remains are with the features of P. aurltus but frequently with slightly greater measurements (see also Locality No. 7 upper layer) . Mlniopterus schreibersi Kuhl - Right M 1 , right mandibular fragment with P3-M3, right P 4 , left Mj, right radius distal fragment, left radius proximal fragment. At least two Individuals. The upper and lower molars are stronger than those of some recent specimens and P3 and P 4 seem to be orocaudally longer than in recent form. The species fits into the faunal picture with Mediterranean and true cave-dwelling species. Locality No. 8 A moderately poor fauna of bats collected in No. 1 and No. 2 layers. Anyway, It is evidently similar to the fauna of Locality No. 7 with addition of M. dasycneme. Layer No. 1 Myotis nattereri Kuhl - Right M 1 , right radius proximal fragment, right radius distal fragment. At least one Individual. Myotis kretzoi i Topái - Left mandibular fragment with V^-M^. One individual.
