Menges GOLDSMITHS IN THE ADRESSBUCH OF 1862 Summary The paper is a study of an Adressbuch, published in Nuremberg in 1862, focusing on the goldsmiths' craft. A short introduction summarizes the history of Adressbuch in Hungary, the subject of the paper. Then, in alphabetical order, we will accompany the cities, and there will be presented the work of these jewellers and silvermiths, their biographical data, and the reproduction of the master marks they use. Thus, during the study, 244 masters of 71 cities are mentioned. Most of the photos used in the study are the result of the author's several years of collecting work, which is first time published right now. 210
