Anton Faunistical and taxonomical notes on Middle European weevils (Coleoptera: Bruchidae) — New and less known Middle European Bruchidae species are listed with regard to their distribution, synonymy, host plants and faunistical and taxonomical notes: Bruchidius poupillieri, Bruchus dentipes, B. griseomaculatus, B. libanensis, B. rufipes, B. venustus. Bruchus occidentalis, formerly a subspecies of B. sibiricus, is now treated as a valid species-level taxon. Bruchidius spec, prope varius, an unknown species often confounded with B. martinezi, is discussed. Figures of distinctive morphological characters for discriminating the closely related species are added. EINLEITUNG Neuere Bestimmungsschlüssel und Erstmeldungen für die mitteleuropäische Bruchidenfauna wurden von Anton (1991, 1994, 1998), Borowiec (1983, 1988), Brandl (1981), Decelle (1989), Strejcek (1990, 1991) und Wendt (1980, 1981, 1988) veröffentlicht. Inzwischen haben sich wieder neue Erkenntnisse ergeben, die hier im folgenden Abschnitt dargestellt werden.
