Figs 1-3. Leptacis bicolorata sp. n. female. - 1: head in dorsal view; 2: antenna; 3: scutellum in lateral view. Scale bar = 0.25 mm Mesosoma 1.8 times as long as wide, 1.1 times as high as wide. Sides of pronotum smooth. Mesoscutum smooth on lateral lobes, these hairy only on outer margins; mid lobe very faintly reticulate-coriaceous, with somewhat denser hairs, especially along inner margin of imaginary notauli (these hardly indicated posteriorly); hind margin slightly and evenly convex, with distinct hairs above scuto-scutellar grooves. Scutellum (Fig. 3) almost smooth, distinctly and almost evenly hairy, with spine brighter than anterior part, reaching end of propodeum, with a narrow semitransparent lamella below. Metapleura smooth and bare except for whitish pilosity in posterior third. Propodeal carinae fused, low, bright, slightly semitransparent. Fore wing fully 3.0 times as long as wide, densely hairy, with brownish tint and a slightly darker band from about basal third to basal half of wing; marginal cilia fully 0.2 width of wing. Hind wing 7.7 times as long as wide; marginal cilia 0.7 width of wing. Metasoma hardly longer than mesosoma (26:25), fully as wide as latter. Tl fully 1.1 times as wide as long, smooth on raised anterior half, in posterior half with two longitudinal carinae, smooth between them, hairy at sides. T2 smooth, with pubescence in weak basal foveae; T3-T6 combined 0.2 times as long as T2, smooth with a few inconspicuous hairs. Male — Unknown.
