form, and fimbriate setae (some of them wide brush-like, broad fimbriate), 38 urn long, with clavate sensory setae near tibial sensorium of legs; trochanter with two sensory pores on each surface. Thoracic spiracles (which should be on the venter) (exsertiles sensu Richard 1986) situated on dorsum, 23 pm long. Broad fimbriate setae, scattered in medial areas of thorax, and presented in rows on the abdominal segments, and some spiniform setae are behind the vulva. Bilocular pores 2 pm in diameter; scattered on both surfaces. Quadriloculars and simple pores absent. Tubular ducts absent. First two abdominal spiracles also present, situated on the dorsum (which should be on the venter), 23 pm long. Dorsum: Two broad fimbriate setae are at the margin of each segment, 62 pm long. On the middle of the thoracal segments two pairs of broad fimbriate setae, and one pair on the abdomen (the longest is 96 pm long). Some broad clavate setae scattered on the dorsum. Anal ring developed, with six anal ring setae, 78 pm long. Bilocular pores 2 pm long, scattered on the dorsum. Quadrilocular, simple pores, and tubular ducts absent. Derivatio nominis — The genus is named after Prof. Dr. János Balogh, the collector of several new scale insect species in different parts of the World. Fig. 2.
