Thorax, femur, proximal and distal ends of tibia dark brown, the middle part of tibia light. Length of the fore wing: 2.0-3.0 mm, of hind wing 1.7-2.3 mm. Wing membrane brownish, veins brown. Male terminalia: as in Figs 11-14. Apodeme of 9th segment ventrally incomplete. Hypandrium rounded, short, but distinct, with a shallow median incision and without such strongly sclerotized caudal lobes as in H. pallida and H. hreblayi. Paramere mod­erately long with distinct ventral process. Dorsal process of paramere moderately high, rather long, and slightly sclerotized caudally. Dorsal plate above the parameres large, proximally with distinct lateral hooks. Styli narrow and long, reach each other ventrally. Penis small, moderately sclerotized, slightly bifurcate proximally. Ectoproct strongly sclerotized, rather short and rounded caudally. Figs 11-15.
