Fore wing about as long as body. Pterostigma (Fig. 64) 3.3 times as long as wide, is­suing radial vein proximally from its middle; rl almost as long as width of pterostigma, r2 one-third longer than cuqul, r3 approaching tip of wing and 1.4 times as long as r2. Discal cell (Dl) as Fig. 70. Metasoma about as long as head + mesosoma combined. First tergite (Fig. 65) 1.33 times as long as broad behind, from base to pair of spiracles clearly broadening, beyond spiracles parallel sided, pair of spiracles before middle of tergite, along margin of scu­tum finely crenulate. Second tergite transverse, four times as broad behind as long medi­ally, somewhat shorter than third tergite, suture between tergites 2-3 bisinuate and very finely crenulate. Every tergite polished. Ovipositor sheath long, twice as long as hind tibia; distal end of ovipositor as in Fig. 71. Ground colour of body reddish yellow. Occiput, ocellar field, three spots on mesono­tum, mesopleuron, propodeum, scutum of first tergite and further tergites medially black. Legs black; fore femur yellow and basally blackish; tibiae yellow, middle and hind tibiae distally blackish; fore tarsus brownish, middle and hind tarsi blackish. Wings faintly brownish fumous, pterostigma and veins brownish. Variability of some features - Body 3-4.2 mm long. Head in dorsal view 1.7-1.8 times as broad as long. Pterostigma 2.65-3 times as long as wide, rl shorter than width of pterostigma, r3 1.35-1.42 times as long as r2 (Fig. 66). Ovipositor sheath 1.6-2.2 times as long as hind tibia. Ground colour of body reddish yellow, black(ish) pattern of variable extent. Male and host unknown. Distribution: Italy, Hungary Figs 61-66.
