Description of female specimens (2 9 9)- Similar to the female lectotype. Body 3-3.5 mm long. Head in dorsal view 1.8-1.85 times as broad as long. Antenna nearly as long as body and with 26 antennomeres (1 9). Ovipositor sheath as long as hind tibia + tarsomeres 1-2 combined (1 9). Body black, tergites laterally reddish yellow; legs also black with somewhat less reddish yellow pattern (1 9). Wings faintly fumous (2 9 9). Description of male specimen (lectotype male of B. coloratus) - Similar to the fe­male. Body 2.5 mm long. Head in dorsal view 1.85 times as broad as long. Antenna missing. Second and third tergites four times as broad as long medially. Head yellow, frons medially and ocellar field black, occiput and temple above brown. Ground colour of mesosoma blackish brown to brown, pronotum and line of notaulix yellow. Wings faintly fumous. Distribution: Serbia (Voivodina), Hungary. Host unknown. As the member of the subgenus Glabrobracon (Fahringer, 1927) Tobias, 1957 B. hyalinipenis is related to B. delusor Spinola, their distinction is presented at B. delu­sor, p. 119-121.
