Lepidoptera collected with a 125 W mercury vapour lamp and two portable light-traps operating with 6 W UV-tubes, 18-23.30 h. Noctuidae: Mythimna separata, Sugitania lepida, Hemiglaea costalis, Meganephria (Belosticta) extensa, M. (B.) sp., M. (B.) debilis, Antivaleria viridimacula, Blepharita arnica ussuriensis, Mniotype satura, Conistra grisescens, Agrochola vulpecula, Telorta acuminata, T. edentata, T. divergens, Xanthia togata, Amphipyra livida corvina, Chrysodeixis eriosoma. No. 1642. Prov. South Kangwon, vie. of Chuncheon, Soyang-Dam, cca 700 m, 127°50'E, 37°55'N, 20.10.1993. A narrow, gorge-like rocky valley with a small brook with dense herbaceous and shrubby vegetation and with old mixed forests. Lepidoptera collected at a white screen illuminated by a 125 W mercury vapour lamp, by two portable light-traps and with sugar-baits, 18-23.20 h. Noctuidae: Diarsia canescens, Sugitania lepida, Hemiglaea costalis, Meganephria (Belosticta) extensa, M. (B.) sp., M. (B.) debilis, Lithophane pruinosa, Dryobotodes angusta, Antivaleria viridimacula, Mniotype satura, 'Agrochola' albimacula, Telorta acuminata, T. edentata, Amphipyra livida corvina, Macdunnoughia crassisigna, Catocala nupta. No. 1643. Same locality and data, other insects (mainly Tr., Di.) collected at light. No. 1644. Prov. South Kangwon, Bongmyong-ri, 21 km SE of Chuncheon, cca 500 m, 127°XX'E, 37°XX'N, 21.10.1993. A long, rather narrow brook-valley and a north-western slope with mixed deciduous forests. Lepidoptera collected at a white screen illuminated by a 125 W mercury vapour lamp, by two portable light-traps and with sugar-baits, 19-23.20 h. Noctuidae: Sugitania lepida, Antivaleria viridimacula, Agrochola vulpecula, Conistra castaneofasciata, Telorta acuminata, T. edentata, T. divergens. No. 1645. Same locality and data, other insects (Tr., Col., Horn., Hym.) collected at light. No. 1646. Prov. South Kangwon, Chuncheon, University campus, 127°40'E, 37°55'N, 23.10.1993. A single mouse (IMus musculus) found at the building of the Center for Insects Systematics.
