rosetae, external two being in oblique positions as to median furrow, and the posterior side with distinctly differentated setae. This species is a new for Korea. Materials examined: 2, Mt. Myohyang-san, Changang-do Prov., Collection no. 656, from moss sample extracted with Berlese-funnels, 12 Sept. 1980, Forró and Topái; 3, Mt Daesong-san, Pyongyang City, Collection no. 746, from soil sample taken in the vicinity of Sasum-mot pond extracted with Berlese-funnels, 8 July 1982, Forró and Ronkay; 1, Myohyang-san, Pyongan-bug-do Prov., Collection no. 782 in sifted Utter taken from a mixed arboreal forest, extracted with Moczarsky-Winkler apparatus. 13 July 1982, Forró and Ronkay. Remarks: This species was recorded from Japan (Ozé - Reserve - Territory) by Yosii. The present material is found to be in general agreement in most characters with those in the original description from Japan. Distribution: Japan, China, Korea (North Korea). Entomobrya pulcherrima Yosii, 1942 (Fig. 3 A - D) Entomobrya pulcherrima Yosü, 1942: p. 478, Fig: 3; Yosii 1956: p. 72; Uchida 1957: p. 44; Yosii and Lee 1963: p. 7; Lee and Park 1984: p. 179. This species was recorded from South Korea by Yosü and Lee (1963) and Lee and Park (1984). The South Korean Specimens of this species agrees entirely with the description and figures of those given by Yosii and Lee (1963). However, in North Korean specimens, some differences were observed in the presense of labral papillae and in the prelabral setae feathered, not smooth (Fig. 3C). In addition, the present material shows a transverse band instead of a pair of black patches on Th. II. and III (Fig. 3B). This species is a new record for North Korea. Materials examined: 2, Mt. Za-mo san, Bek-sung-li (60 km NE from Pyongyang), Pyong-sung City, Pyongan-nam-do Prov., Collection no. 308, from Utter sample extracted with Berlese apparatus, 1 Aug. 1975, Papp and Vojnits; 16, Mt. Lyong-ak-san (15 km W of Pyongyang), Pyongan-nam-do Prov., Collection no. 622, from Utter sample, extracted with Berlese-funnels, 9 Sept. 1980, Forró and Topái; 2, Mt. Kumgang-san, Kangwon-do Prov., Collection nos. 724-725, from soil traps baited with beer and fish-heads, 20 Sept. 1980, Forró and Topái; 1, Mt. Lyongak-san, Pyongyang City, Collection no. 764, in sifted litter from a mixed forest extracted with Moczarsky -Winkler apparatus, 10 July 1982, Forró and Ronkay. Distribution: Japan, Korea (South and North Koreas). Entomobrya koreana Yosii, 1965 (Fig. 4A) Entomobrya handschini Yosii and Lee 1963: p. 15, Fig. 4. Entomobrya koreana Yosii 1965: p. 36. The chaetotaxy of the base of the labium MReLlL2. Thoracic tergites with numerous clavate collar setae forming a mane, general chaetotaxy as in Fig. 4A. The major characters of the present material are the same as those described by Yosii and Lee (1963) from the South Korean materials. This is a new record for North Korea.
