S. Head coarsely and densely punctate; with sparse, moderately long hairs; eyes moderately convex; EI= 14: 6; antennái segment length ratios: 11: 5: 10: 8: 7: 7: 7: 7: 7: 6: 34; segment XI, in proximal 2/3, nearly straight, ' evenly wide, subquadrate in cross section, then curved and narrowed, with pointed apex. Pronotum slightly longer than broad, widest just anterior to the middle; sides evenly arcuate; surface less convex, with 4 very shallow impressions; punctation very dense and coarse, punctures subcontiguous or even coalescing to transversal wrinkles; pubescence consisting of longer, sparser, erect and shorter, denser decumbent hairs. Elytra widest in apical 1/3; punctation coarse, punctures unevenly clustered, leaving irregular interspaces as raised plicae; pubescence rather short, sparse, semierect, mixed with several erect hairs. Legs rather strong; fore femora conspicuously stout; fore tibiae nearly straight in proximal 2/3, then curved and twisted; inner margin with a large, asymmetrical, tooth-like widening just posterior to the middle; edge of this widening finely crenulate; middle tibiae slightly curved, distal half of inner margin finely serrate; hind tibiae nearly straight, distal 2/5 of inner margin with fine denticulation; all legs with sparse, moderately long, semierect hairs.
