FOLIA ENTOMOLOGICA HUNGARICA ROVARTANI KÖZLEMÉNYEK XLV. 2 1984 p. 157-168 Contributions to the VI. Microgasterinae Braconid fauna of Hungary, (Hymenoptera: Braconidae) By J. PAPP (Received May 4, 1984) Abstract: Thirty-seven Apanteles Förster species are recorded from Hungary and the adjacent countries within the Carpathian Basin. The majority of the species are new to the fauna of Hungary or to the Carpathian Basin. Faunistical and taxonomlcal characterization of the species are given. The representatives of the following speciesgroups are discussed: valldus-, carbonarlus, vltrlpennis, Hparldis. thompsoni-, metacarpalis, formosus-. popularis- and suevus-group. Below the following species-groups with their species-assamblage are enumerated in the same order as it was given in my survey of the European Apanteles Förster species (PAPP 1983a, 1984): validus-, carbonarlus, vitrlpennls, liparldls, thompsoni-, metacarpalis-, formosus, popularisand suevus-group.
