A. atomarius é, (larva, Vth instar, Fig. 6) Basic coloration is brownish white, with darker brown pattern on the back. There are 6 brown spots on the top of the head. Among these, the first two expand also to the forehead. The ventral parts of pronotum, as well as the regions of wing-buds connected with the pronotum are with brown pattern. This pattern extends over the dorsal plates from 1 to 5. The 6th tergite is without anypattern, its coloration is light. There are three apparent, dark AA AB Figs. 4-7. 4,7= Allygus mayri; 5= A. abbreviatus; 6= A. atomarius; 4A= tip of abdomen of the larva; 4B= tip of abdomen of the 6 larva; 5-7= fifth instar larvae brown spots on the 7th tergite. The basic colour of tergites 7 to 9 is dark, its hue is similar to that of the pattern on the pronotum. There are warty projections on the posterior regions of the dorsal plates, each bearing a single seta. The uniform pattern of tergites 1 to 5 is discontinued here. The number of setae varies according to the dorsal plates and the same sligh variation is observable on the corresponding dorsal plates of different specimens.
