Antenna 23-28 jointed (oá). 4. Antenna 25-34 jointed Actually the number of antennái joints is not an important difference, though may affirm the specific place of the exemplars at hand. According to my opinion these three forms considered now as species, are in fact, different habitat forms of only one species. This conception, I am convinced, will be confirmed by the future taxonomical and, rather more, by the ethological-bionomical researches. - Distribution: Hungary, Austria, Germany, in the last two countries listed only from one locality. Localities: Bakony Mts. , Gerence patak (Bakonysziics), 1 p. Bakonyszombathely, Feketevízpuszta, 1 cj>. Budapest, Hármashatárhegy, 1 cj>. Budapest, Irhásárok, 1 6. Felsőörs, 1 g and l6. Remark. - The type-series of this species is deposited in the Hungarian Natural History Museum, Budapest; Hym. Typ. No. 1779: g lectotype, Budapest Zugliget, 9 IX 1896, leg. Szépligeti; No. 1780: 6 paralectotype, Buda Gellérthegy, 15 V; No. 2411: Pilismarót, leg. Szépligeti. Opius (Misophthora) pulicariae Fischer, 1969 Besides O. rex Fi. and O. austriacus Fi. this species reminds to O. tirolensis Fi. too (FISCHER 1969b). They may be distinguished by the following features: O. pulicariae Fi. O. tirolensis Fi. 1. Femora not thick, third femur five times 1. Femora somewhat thick, third femur longer than broad. 3. 1-3. 2 times longer than broad. 2. Thorax (in lateral view) only 1.4 times 2. Thorax 1.5 times as long as high, as long as high. 3. First tergite usually rugulo-rugose. 3. First tergite usually uneven (to rugulose). I must remark that my two Hungarian specimens are not characteristic representatives of O. pulicariae . They specific identity is not clear-cut. FISCHER identified the female form from Vác-Sződ as O. longipes Fi. Through FISCHER J s kindness I have studied the holoand a paratype of O. pulicariae. - Distribution: reported from several localities in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria. New to the fauna of Hungary. Localities: Szolnok, Tiszapart, 1 g. Vác-Sződ, 1 g. - VI. Opius (Gastrosema) pumilio Wesmael, 1835 Antenna 25-27 jointed. r2 1. 6-1.8 times as long as cuqul.
