Propodeum with two strongly rugose streaks near to medio-longitudinal line, rugosity meeting anteriorly, otherwise propodeum smooth, shiny, only lateromedially with some strong punctures. Propodeum without any carinae. 5. Head slightly more robust, 1.7-1.8 times broader than long (60-63:35). 6. Femur 3 almost 4 times as long as its greatest width (55:14). 7. Body reddish yellow with black (or dark) patterns (ocellar field, scapus, 3 spots of mesonotum, metanotum, propodeum, mesosternum, mesopleura rather brown, metapleura, basal half of 1st tergite). length to fore and hind width as 24: 19:24 (Fig. 6). 3. Body entirely reddish yellow. Each ocelli with a black ring. Additional features of O. festi vus sp.n. c- - Body 6 mm long. Head and thorax with discrete, fine, and rather disperse punctation (that of O.hungaricus slightly stronger). Antenna nearly as long as body, 52 jointed. Thoracic length, height, and width as 80:45:30. Notauli distinct, not deep, finely crenulated. Punctation of 3rd coxa somewhat denser than that of thorax. Hind tibia as long as hind trochanters and femur together. Spurs of tibia 3 unequal, inner one half as long as basitarsus. Venation of wings agrees with that of Q. hungaricus . Abdomen polished, 1st tergite medially with very weak subrugulo-punctation. Ovipositor sheath 1.5 times as long as body, 9 mm. (fand host unknown. Orgilus obscurator (NEES) Two males (from localities No. 7 and No. 16) with almost smooth and shiny 2nd tergite (tergites 1-2 usually rugo-punctated, dull). Common in the Holarctic Region.
