Orgilus similis SZÉPL. Propodeum rugulose, 1st tergite finely rugulose. 2nd tergite as long as wide at hind, its hind margin slightly arched, medio-basally with a fine, dense punctato-rugosity. Ovipostitor sheath almost twice as long as body. Black, legs rather brown, wings fumous. A rare species. Known from Hungary and Mongolia. New to the fauna of Yugoslavia. Locality: Rijeka, Kostrena, 22 Sept. 1966, 1 <j>. leg. UREMOVld. Cheloninae Ascogaster bicarinata (HS.) Legs of male darker than those of female, apex of femur 2 and almost entire tibiae 2-3 yellow with more or less fumous parts (o), almost entire legs 2-3 black (o*). Frequent in the Palearctic Region. New to the fauna of Yugoslavia. Localities: 1. Kosovo, Pe<5, Radavac, 700 m, 17 May 1971, 1 ç, P-H, No. 13. 2. Kosovo, Pec', Peóka Banja, 600 m, 18 May 1971, 3 o. & 3 d*", P-H, No. 14. - 3. Kosovo, Mts. Sar, Brezovica, 900-1200 m, 20-23 May 1971, 3 cf, P-H, No. 16. Ascogaster klugi (Nees, 1816) ( =A. ruficeps WESM., 1835) I fully agree withHELLÉN's (1953) rearrangement of the synonyms. The name "klugi" was suppressed with " neesi REINH." and"ruficeps WESM." by REINHARD, SCHMIEDEKNECHT, FAHRINGER, and TELENGA. NEES (1816) designated two species with the name "klugi" which he has considered as two sexes of the same species. As a senior name. A .klugi (NEES) must be adopted to the female sex and not A.ruficeps WESM. as did TELENGA (1941). Colour of this species highly variable. The colour pattern of the single Yugoslavian female is as follows: Head bright reddish yellow, its lower part (genae, clypeus) black, ocellar field blackish. Thorax and abdomen black, tegulae pale yellow, legs yellow. Scape and pedicel reddish yellow, flagellar j oints 1-2 darkening reddish yellow, further joints blackish brown. Apex of 3rd femur blackish, distal half of 3rd tibia and tarsi 2-3 dark fumous. Wings faintly fumous, parastigma pale yellow, stigma brown. Body 3.2 mm long. Reported from several European countries and North Africa, however, its distribution is rather sporadic. New to the fauna of Yugoslavia . Locality: Kosovo, Mts. Sar, Brezovica, 900-1200 m, 20-23 May 1971, 1 Q, P-H, No. 16. Ascogaster quadridentata WESM. Very near to A.rufipes (LATR.), distinct from it by mostly black legs . In many cases difficult to separate them. Common in the Holarctic Region. GRAEFFE (1908: 146) listed it from Volosca palmatia). Localities: 1. Spalato (=Split, Dalmatia), 1914, 1 leg . HORVÁTH.-2. Macedonia, Mts. Galiéica, Lake Prespa, OteSevo, 900-1400 m, 12-13 May 1971, 1 cf, P-H, No. 10.
