Б p у с т: Случаи дисплазии дентина. Автор наблюдал у 17-летней девушки иуее отца редкую аномалию зубов, распространившуюся на все зубы. На вид интактные зубы показывали причудливую гистологическую структуру. Камера пульпы заполняется многочисленными концентрическими ламеллами из дентина. Аномалия развития наследственная, генетически кодированная. Dr. Р. Bruszt : Dysplasien des Dentins. Der Verfasser beschreibt selten vorkommende missgebildete Zähne eines 17 jährigen Mädchens und ihres Vaters. Die Dysplasie hat sich auf sämtliche Zähne erstreckt. Die äusserlich gesunden Zähne haben ein histologisches Bild mit seltsamer Struktur aufgewiesen: die Pulpakammer wurde von zahlreichen keulenförmigen, aus konzentrischen Lamellem bestehenden Hartsubstanzbestandteilen ausgefüllt. Die Missbildung ist erbbedingt, nach einem genetischen Kode. ACIGOXIN injekció és tabletta összetétel: 1 amp. (2 ml) 0,2 mg acetyldigitoxin.-ot, 1 tabletta 0.2 mg acetyldigitoxin.-ot tartalmaz. Javallatok: A keringési elégtelenség (cardialis decompensatio) helyreállítása és a compensatio fenntartása. Adagolás: A compensatio helyreállítására az első (esetleg második) napon nagyobb adag — 2—3 ampulla i. ven., illetve 3—5 tabletta — alkalmazható, amit a következő napokban akkor is helyes csökkenteni, ha toxikus jelenség egyáltalán nem mutatkozik. A helyreállított compensatio fenntartására általában napi y2—2 tabletta szükséges. Mellékhatás: Az Acigoxin mellékhatásai megegyeznek más digitális-készítmények mellékhatásaival. Megjegyzés: Társadalombiztosítás terhére szabadon rendelhető.
