Abstract: In this paper we continue building up the system of the axioms, theorems and definitions necessary to introduce the quantum-mechanical momentum with the method of moving symmetry. As the theorems given in this paper are well-known from the literature their verifications are omitted and the reader is referred to the corresponding literature. We introduce the wave-function the norm of which is equal to the Dirac-delta function with a new, axiomatic method.
