BODNÁR GABRIELLA TEHETSÉGES EMBEREK ÉLETÚTJÁT BEFOLYÁSOLÓ SZOCIOKULTURÁLIS KÖRNYEZET VIZSGÁLATA ABSTRACT: I have been teaching an elective course in high ability development at the Teachers Training College in Eger since 1986. Parallel to mastering a certain amount of theoretical and practical knowledge, my students were to conduct interviews with talented people about their corse of life. The basis of the presented material consisted of 60 interviews, which I have analysed using the following approaches: textual analyses, attiude scale, mathematical-statistical methods. I also worked out a system of viewpoints and categories. The main questions of the system of viewponts were as follows: genealogy, situations in childhood and in the family, schooling, dwelling places, occupations, further background information, and suggestions concerning talent development. I divided the participants into two groups according to age. I compared the (average 25 and the older) averaga age 50/ age-gropus in terms of social circumstances, ambitions, uobringing, and human relationships. I have looked for correlations in several categories. They are shown in the charts. Bevezetés Minden politikai rendszer vezető pozícióba nem a legtehetségesebbeket helyezi, hanem számára a legmegbízhatóbbakat. A legmegbízhatóbbak pedig nem feltétlenül a legtehetségesebbek. A legtehetségesebbek, a zsenik ugyanis túlságosan nyugtalanok, megszállott útkeresők, ezért nem szívesen fogadják őket a különböző iskolákban, munkahelyeken. 297
