) The central idea of the essay asks the question whether it is possible to hold a dialogue between man and nature. The author thinks in connection with the point of view of Otto Friedrich Boiinow who was Heidegger disciple that through the rehabilitation of the poetic-metaphorical use of language a kind of quasi-dialogue is possible. The essay tries to prove by opening the metaphore of the "house" and "green" that such an expression runs with many disadvantages for this formal ecology. At the same time the author points out that this expression is not the same as the negation of the basic values of the European rationalism it does not mean the melting into the irrational eastern mysticism. „Minden emlékeztet valamire"

1 mondja Spaemann professzor - és igaza van. Ami nem hasonlít semmire az nem is létezik. Legalábbis nem az emberi értelem számára. Nyelvünk és gondolkodásunk eredendően metaforikus, noha - ezt a leckét is jól megtanultuk - az európai tudományosság két és félezer éve mindent megtett (és megtesz) egy deperszonifíkált, „ember nélküli" gondolkodás és nyelv létrehozására. A dologban az a legnagyobb paradoxon, hogy éppen ez a konok szcientizmus lett az antropocentrikus létforma elsődleges támasza: a személytelen tudományosságára és a kolosszális teljesítményeire büszke modern ember egyre inkább csak önmagát képes meglátni és ünnepelni az általa megalkotott személytelen instrumentárium tükrében.
