n CALVIN SYNOD HERALD Steven mused, “This necklace is kind of scarey, ” as he holds a snake at the wildlife sanctuary in Townsville. next place we went to was an Aboriginal Cultural Theme Park where we learned a bit about Aboriginal Culture and History. After we went back to Cairns, we spent our last night in Australia at a crocodile and water animals park. Here we were given a boat ride on an artificial lake where crocodiles were kept. The driver of the boat told us the names and a few interesting facts about the crocodiles. After the boat tour was over we went to have dinner. After dinner there were different prizes and contests. We came back to our hotel around 11 PM happy and pleased the way our last night ended. Most of the people in our group did not go to sleep that night as we had to leave at 3:45 AM to catch our plane that was going to take us back to Sydney, and from there we flew to L.A., and then to Dallas, and then finally back home to Columbus. From Caims to Columbus we flew about 18 hours in the air. The trip was really fun, educational, and exciting. There were some parts that I liked better than others, but overall I enjoyed it. It was interesting to see the sun set around 5:30 PM each day since we were in the winter, and I thought it was funny to see many people in Sydney wearing scarves and coats in the morning when the temperature was around 70 degrees. I think the trip not only lived up to my expectations, but even passed them. I don’t think the trip could have been any better. And for this I would like to thank you all once more. With love and gratitude Steven Nyeste (Steven Nyeste is the son of Rev. István and Judit Nyeste of Columbus, Ohio.) □□□ nj [n ÁLDOTT HÚSVÉTI ÜNNEPEKET KÍVÁNUNK MINDEN MAGYAR TESTVÉRÜNKNEK 1921 óta gondozzuk magyar testvéreinket szép, dombos, vidéki környezetben.
