PA • Calvin Synod Annual Synodical Meeting will take place at the Ramada Inn on May 25 - May 28, 2004. The Synod will open with a worship service at the Bethlen Home Chapel at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, May 25th. The business meeting will follow at the Ramada Inn. UCC Bridgeport. CT • To honor the mothers of our church, our Brotherhood cooks and the Sunday School Children will serve Mother’s Day Breakfast to the entire congregation on May 9, from 8:00 AM to 9:15 AM, in Bessemer Center. • On May 16th, the Churchmen Brotherhood will cook an authentic Italian Ziti Luncheon at 12:00 Noon in Bessemer Center. A Mini Auction then follows at 1:30 PM. Donation for Luncheon: $8.00. Admission to Auction is free. • 100th Anniversary Event: On June 6, the Brotherhood will present a special service to honor the memory of the men of the church. HRC Columbus. HRC Fairport Harbor. OH • A Mother’s Day Luncheon will be held on May 9 at the church. • May 16 is the Women’s Fellowship dinner: Chicken papri­kas, dumplings, mixed vegetables, assorted cakes. Reser­vations must be made by the weekend prior to the dinner. • Confirmation will take place on May 23. • A Father’s Day Luncheon will be held on June 20 at the church.
