In order to reaffirm our commitment to the youth, we are in the process of hiring a director of youth ministries. We hope to have someone in this position by January 1, 1985. To begin fulfilling the second priority, “Caring Units” have been organized. Volunteers in these units will seek to minister to the lonely, the shut-ins, the ill and the grieving. Family concerns will be the focus of another Caring Unit. We are seeking new ways to increase membership and to build within the congregation an attitude of greater openness and outreach. We are
