194 BETHLEN NAPTÁR minister of this charge for the past twenty-five years and who was honored by his people on this occasion last year. COATESVILLE, PA. has a supply pastor in the person of the Rev. Dr. William Toth, Professor of History at Franklin Marshall College, Lancaster, Pa. The small congregation recently installed new church windows in memory of departed family members. FAIRFIELD, CONN. This congregation elected a new pastor three years ago: the Rev. Alexander Babos, who was a Hunga­rian missionary to China. Under his pastorate, in the year 1950, the congregation built and dedicated a new and one of the most beautiful Hungarian churches costing over $100,000. PASSAIC, N. J. The congregation is 55 years old. Its pastor, the Rev. Victor Racz, was president of the Magyar Synod for two terms. Last year the church was remodeled. Three young men of this church group are studying for the ministry. PERTH AMBOY, N. J., known as the John Calvin Reformed church, has one of the most imposing church buildings among our Hungarian churches, erected during the depression years. Large debts are being paid off under the leadership of the pastor, the Rev. Bertalan Szatmary. The Ladies Aid Society visited our Bethlen Home on Labor Day and contributed generously to our Building Fund. SOUTH NORWALK, CONN, is one of the largest old con­gregations with a beautiful church and parsonage. The starting of English services many years ago resulted in a fine second and third generation church membership. Their able pastor is the Rev. Andrew Harto, one of our youth leaders. STAMFORD, CONN, has a small group of Hungarian Re­formed families, served by the pastor of the South Norwalk congregation. Services are held in the local Episcopalian Church. TRENTON, N. J., called the John Calvin Reformed Church, is a small congregation, which will soon have paid off all its debts and come into full possession of its property. The Rev. Francis Koncz is the pastor in charge. WOODBRIDGE, N. J. has a remodeled church and new par­sonage. The congregation is emphasizing spiritual awakening under the leadership of its young and scholarly pastor, the Rev. Ladislaus Kecskemethy. The Ladies Aid Society visited our Bethlen Home last yeaar and contributed substantially to the Building Fund, outside the regular and generous annual contri­bution of the church as a whole.
