Plan concerning construction of new Lawcourt Palace is submit­ted after such an antecedents. The plan consists of a few parts dealing with emptying of construction place, building construction, architect's personality and finally dealing with dr. Stipl, Károly, president of Lawcourt, who gained distinction during the constructi­on. 3. First part of history of Műkert and Colony of Artists was intended to present a way of development of fruit production and horticulture. Introduces the aim of Műkert, the arrangement of the garden and construction of necassary buildings. Also presents transformation of showing garden into public garden. We can find description of equipment necessary for transformation of „Fairy Garden". Carrying out of Colony of Artists was inspired by the land earli­er transformed to „Fairy Garden". The part dealing with Colony of Artists emphasizes the key role of Mayor Mr. Kada Elek concerning his work in construction and drumming up of artists. Introduces the buildings of the Colony, shows artistic activity, but presents troub­les as well. Finally presents necrosis of Colony of Artists during the Second World War and destruction of one-time „Fairy Garden".
