Wall decoration, „Gold-Blue" Undamaged Porcelain, Zoltán Takács, Herend Porcelain Factory, 1990 Diameter: 38,2 cm, Height: 2 cm The large, shallow dish has a slightly curving, flat rim. The light cobalt surface is decorated with a bright cobalt stripe broadening in one direction and covered with glaze. On the surface there are scattered, black stains. The stripe is enriched with foliage, painted in gold. Bears the Herend mark impressed and the mould number 7543, as well as the blue factory mark stamped on top of the glaze. Below this is the inscription „DESIGNED BY Takács László", in italics. Presented by the Herend Porcelain Factory. Inv. No. 91. 10. 1 28. Dish (with pierced wall) Undamaged Porcelain, Ákos Tamás, Herend Porcelain Factory Height: 13,2 cm, Foot diam.: 5,9 cm, Top diam.: 19,8 cm This deep dish with a broad rim has a narrow foot and a curved side. The side shows three petal-like arches, moulded from grey, pink and white material. Below the rim, the inside has sweated vertical and horizontal stripes. The petals and the rim arc pierced. Bears the Hcrend mark impressed and the blue factory mark with the Kossuth coat of arms stamped on top of the glaze. Below is the maker's mark, „DESIGNED BY Tamás Ákos", in italics. Herend, Ákos Tamás, Herend Porcelain Factory, 1990 Height: 14 cm, Diameter: 19,5 cm, Foot diam.: 6,1 cm The narrow fool supports a flower-like, deep dish of four lobes and eight petals. The colours of the material used are greyish blue, light and dark green. Four „petals" are higher and sharper, while the rest are shorter and round. The inside surface is white. Bears the Hercnd mark impressed on the bottom, as well as the blue factory mark with the Kossuth coat of arms. Below is the maker's „DESIGNED BY Tamás Ákos", in italics. Ornamental dish, „Coral" Creamware, Ákos Tamás, Herend Porcelain Factory, 1990 Undamaged Height: 12,8 cm, Foot diam.: 7,4 cm, Top diam.: 37,4 cm The dish, which has a wavy rim turning upwards, stands on a high, narrow base. The rim has a zig-zag edge. The dish is divided into four vertical fields of differently coloured material. The colours used are light purple, light blue, yellow and cobalt. The fields meet in irregular lines. The inside surface is decorated with a irregular white stripe, which joins the white stripe that goes along the rim. The approximate middle of the inside surface shows seven concentric circles close to each other. Bears the Herend mark impressed; the blue factory mark with the Kossuth coat of arms is stamped on top of the glaze. The maker's mark, „DESIGNED BY Tamás Ákos", appears below in italics.
