wax-sweated greyish surface is decorated with flowery stains. The mat glaze is embellished with overlapping stains in purple and silver grey, and has parallel lines in orange and silver. The reverse bears the impressed Herend mark and has the factory mark stamped on above the glaze; under it is the inscription „DESIGNED BY Horváth László" in italics. László Horváth, Herend Porcelain Factory, 1990 Height: 25,9 cm, Foot diam.: 8,4 cm, Top diam.: 8,1 cm A thin, straight segmented body with two flat sides and a curved side. The face is treated with wax and cobalt nitrate, painted with mat glaze and lustre. The piece has been fired several times. The inside is glazed with colourless, mat glaze. The two flat sides, which have a greyish blue, mat surface, show light, sweated stains. The surface of the curved side is greyish blue with light stains, embellished with geometrical lustre motifs, overlapping stains, and parallel lines in orange, silver and purple. Bears the impressed Hcrend mark and the blue factory mark with the Kossuth coat of arms stamped onto the glaze. Underneath is the inscription „DESIGNED BY Horváth László" in italics. The mat surface is treated with wax and cobalt nitrate, and is painted with greyish blue lustre, which is covered with sweated and dripped stains. There are overlapping geometrical forms, painted in lustre, above the stains: triangles, and parallel lines of different thicknesses in purple, blue, brown and silver. Bears the Herend mark impressed and the factory mark with the Kossuth coat of arms. Below is the inscription „DESIGNED BY Horváth László" in italics. Presented by the Herend Porcelain Factory. Inv. Herend Porcelain Factory, 1990 Height: 23,9 cm, Top deiam 16 cm, Foot diam.: 16,4 cm The broad, flat segmented body consists of two flat sides and a curved side. The surface is matted with wax and cobalt nitrate, and is painted with lustre. The two flat sides show sweated light stains on a greyish blue surface, covered with mat glaze. The curved side is richly painted in greyish blue; the mat glaze is embellished with geometrical motifs. The inside is covered with mat glaze. Bears the Hcrend mark impressed on the reverse, the blue factory mark with the Kossuth coat of arms is stamped onto the glaze. Underneath is the inscription „DESIGNED BY Horváth László" in italics.
