Stronger at Home, Respected in the World Hungarian-Americans can count on respect and leadership from the Democratic Party Democrats salute the contributions Hungarian- Americans have made to the U.S. and are ready to promote greater security, trade, investment and whure ties bet ween Hungary and the United States Hungary is an important ally in the global fight against terror. Stable and secure NATO allies are in our national interest. But the Republican’s go-it-alone style has dangerously strained alliances Democrats will insist on full respect for human rights and minority rights in Central and Eastern Europe. Democrats will work with the Hungarian government to help them to meet the requirements of the Visa Waiver Program. The Republicans have walked away from more than a hundred years of American leadership in the world and embraced new and dangerously ineffective policies which hurt our allies and damage our long- Jtanding position as the leader of the free world. Republicans have made the wrong choices and moved us in the wrong direction. Democrats know that America needs to move in a newairection that will make us stronger at home and respected in the world. America can do better. Hungarian-Americans can help. Krisztina Kovats, Travel Agent Don’t Stand on the Sidelines.
