b) KIADÁSOK. (Az egész aprólékos kiadásokat nem részletesen, hanem csak egy összegben közöljük.)

II. Egyéb kiadások : $57.65.

III. írógépre: $30.00.

Összes kiadás a három csoportban $141.87 s igy a tiszta maradvány $366.05 készpénz és egy írógép.

“FOLLOW ME.’’

There is nothing more beautiful in this world, than following the Lord Jesus Christ. We are all familiar with the words, “Follow Me.” These words mean nothing if we but hear them and do not Follow Him.

1. The “inspired.”

There are many men who can be easily inspired into doing great things for Him, but this does not last long. A young man once went to Jesus and said, “Lord I will follow Thee, wherever Thou goest.” Jesus, looking into this young man’s heart, knew that he did not know all the hardships and need for suffering to those who Follow Him, but that he saw only how beautiful it would be for him to Follow Jesus. Therefore Jesus said to him, “The foxes have holes, and the birds have nests, but the Son of Man hath not a place to lay his head.” Hearing this, the young man realized that he could not be a true follower, so he departed slowly, and did not Follow Him.

2. The Listener.

Jesus once said to a man, “Follow Me.” The man replied, “Lord permit me, that I first go and bury my father.” But Jesus answered, “Let the dead bury their dead, but go thou and preach the Kingdom of God.” Did not Jesus want this man to bury his father? Did he not want him to show respect toward his father? Yes, but Jesus knew the man’s very thoughts, and knew that his father was still alive, knew that the man was just a listener and was just trying to put off, Following Him. What if this man had died first, would he have had time to follow Christ?

3. The worker.

There are people, who are so engrossed in their worldly works, that they cannot find time to Follow Him. One of these was Martha, who lived in Bethany with her brother, Lazarus, and her sister, Mary. They loved each other very much, and all three loved Jesus. Whenever Jesus went through Bethany, He always stopped at this home. On one occasion, they received him joyfully, and Martha busied herself with satisfying Jesus’ physical needs, to such an extent that she forgot to sit with her sister at His feet and listen to His words. She even complained to Jesus, that Mary did not assist her in the household duties.

4. The true follower.

Who then, is the true follower? He who does as Mary did. He, who knows what is the important thing. Mary liked to help her sister in the duties around their home, but she also knew
