DISCUSSION The maternal contains many Limnephilidae species. They are typical animals in light-trap materials. Rather poor is the proportion of hydroptilids, glossosomatids and philopotamids. The hydroptilids escape the collectors' attention usually because of their minute size. Most glossosomatids and philopotamids are mainly diurnal caddisflies. The light traps of the plant prozection service were set far from waters, therefore, they captured only the mobile species C Hydropsychidae , Limnephilus . other limnephilids and lëptocerids ). The best results were obtained from traps set along or near the waters C Bodrogszegi, Mátrakeresztes). The quantitative data of some light traps are given in the tables after this section. Several rare species were discovered in the Northern Mountains during these examinations. Rhyacophiia nubila ZETT. Some data from the Bükk Mountains have been known CUJHELYI 1974, KISS 1979, 1987). It is a very rare species which was recertly captured at Abod . Rhyacophiia pubescens PICT. It has been known from the Zemplén C0LÂH 1967) and the Bükk Mountains: Sebesvíz CUJHELYI 1974) and Szilvásvárad, Szalajka Valley CKISS 1979, 1983 3. We collected this rare species twice at Nagyvisnyó, Bán Valley. Agapetus delicatulus McL. This species occurs all over Europe and has not been^known from Hungary until recently. The first occurrence was published by NÓGRÁDI Cl984) from Szőce, W. Hungary and # the Bükk Mountains. Later it was collected at Magyarszombatfa and at Barcs CNÓGRÁDI 1986). S. Andrikovics found it at Szentendre CNÓGRÁDI et al. 1989). Its new locality is Bodrogszegi CFig. 3). Oxyethira flavicornis PICT. The first specimens were collected at Bares, South Hungary CNÓGRÁDI 1985a, 1985b). A male"was captured at Nyékládháza. A species inhabiting rivers and stagnant waters of lowlands. Allotrichia pallicornis EATON. The unique specimen was presented by KISS C1933) from Szalajka Valley, Bükk Mountains. The light trap functienning at Abod has captured a female in the year of 1986 CFig. 3). Holocentropus dubius RAMB. ÚJHELYI C1981b ) mentioned it from Tanakaid, West Hungary. Later it was collected at Darány, Tatabánya and Nemeskeresztúr. A male and a female were captured at Bodrogszegi, in 1986. Phrvganea bipuncta RETZ. We already summarized its Hungarian distributional data CNÓGRÁDI and UHERKOVICH 1985). KISS C 19793 mentioned its occurrence in the Bükk Mountains. A new locality is Bodrogszegi CFig. 4). Limnephilus tauricus SCHMID. The first home specimen - a female - was captured by the light trap set at the foot of the Börzsöny Mountains C CHAIÏTARAMONGKOL 1983). The second specimen came to light at Jósvafő CNÓGRÁDI 1988). Lepidostoma hirtum FABR. Six localities were published in the past years: Zemplén Mountains C OLÁH 1967), Eükk: Szalajka Valley CKISS 1979), Bakonynána CNÓGRÁDI and UHERKOVICH 1985), Kisdobsza and Magyarszombatfa CNÓGRÁDI and USERKOVICH 1988). Its newly discovered localities are Felsőtárkány and Füzér CFig. 4). Athripsodes albifrons L. ÚJHELYI C 19713 mentioned this rare species from Csepel, Szolnok and Kismegyer. Later he collected it in the Mátra Mountains C ÚJHELYI 19853. We have caught a female at Felsőtárkány, Bükk Mountains. This time we do not wish to give ecological, phenological and zoogeographical analysis. It will be the task of a succeeding paper. Now our purpose was only to give several trichopterological data for the next summarizing work.
