C. 9 August 1956 Mr. Anthony Noel 706 West Indiana Avenue Philadelphia 33, Pennsylvania Dear Noel: Your recent letter was called to my personal attention, and I want to thank you for your thoughtfulness in writing to me. You can count on my continued interest in the liberation of the captive peoples behind the Iron Curtain, as we Americans must never forget the continued struggle which we ourselves had to obtain our liberties. While other peoples are going through this same period of working for freedom, you can count on my active assistance as a member of the House Foreign Affair» Committee in continuing a sound and firm United States policy of freeing our friends and relatives from dictatorship. as we Americans should in no way sacrifice the interests of our friends and allies for immediate doubtful advantages. Sincerely, James G. Fulton * * * AH right, kiddies, stop dreaming of your just past summer vacation for it’s another term of school! Fraternally, L. LOUIS HORVATH 8 N. 21st.
