Members not receiving the appropriate forms from their branch managers within four weeks should bring this omission to the attention of their branch managers. These forms are to be attached to the membership certificates and will sene as evidence that the William Penn Fraternal Association has assumed all the obligations of the former Rákóczi Aid Association and the former Verhovay Fraternal Insurance Association.
