You can make the recipe below with the help of a grown up. It's called a No-Bake Pumpkin Cheesecake. Okay, so it's not something most people usu­ally have on Thanksgiving....but it's really YUMMY! (Recipe courtesy of http://www.kraftrecipes.com) What You Need 8 oz. cream cheese, softened 1 cup canned pumpkin Vz cup sugar V2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice 8 oz. whipped topping, thawed, divided 1 ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz.) What You Do- Beat cream cheese, pumpkin, sugar and pumpkin pie spice with mixer until blended.- Gently stir in 21/2 cups whipped topping.- Spoon into crust.- Refrigerate for 3 hours or until firm.- Serve with remaining whipped topping.
