He qualified for the Million Dollar Round Table in 1974 and earned much recogni­tion for his accomplishments as an agent. Ed began serving WPA members five years ago and since then has enjoyed his partnership with our Home Office’s underwriting and membership services staff. In 2008, Ed was recognized for his 50 years in the life insurance business by the state president of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors during a luncheon held in Ed’s honor. He was born and raised, along with his seven brothers and sisters, in the small town of Green­ville, Pa. When not serving WPA members and his other clients, Ed enjoys playing his accor­dion, especially when accompanying his favorite vocalist-his wife, Sandy. Together, Ed and Sandy perform seven to eights shows a month. Ed and Sandy are the parents of four children, including eldest son Gary, who has been a successful agent for Allstate for 26 years. □- The Right Person -Sometimes the stars line up for a great career.
