Branch News Four Generations Caroline Varner of Branch 159 Phoenixville, Pa., has kept fraternalism alive in her family for four generations. Branch 14 Cleveland, OH by Dawn D. Ward Members who have belonged to Branch 14 more than 50 years will be honored at the branch meeting Sept. 6. All such honorees will receive personal invitations. We hope this evening of fellowship and refresh­ments renews many friendships and increases participation in branch activities. Any Branch 14 members interested in participating in the annual Will­iam Penn Association Golf Tourna­ment the weekend of July 21 should contact Branch President Caroline Lanzara at 216-581-8979. Accommo­dations for the tournament will be at the Mountaineer Racetrack and Gaming Resort in Chester, W.Va. Golf will be played in a "scramble" format. The banquet promises to be another fun-filled affair with many opportuni­ties to win prizes, and if you don't have luck winning at the banquet, perhaps luck will be a "lady" for you at the slot machines! Violet Sarosi is coordinating a bus trip to the sixth annual WPA Picnic-A Great Fraternal Fest which will be held Saturday, Sept. 16 at Penn Scenic View in Rockwood, Pa. Mrs. Sarosi reported that reservations are already coming in and she encourages those interested to call her as soon as pos­sible at 440-248-9012. Branch 14 is pleased to welcome the following new members: Josef Baldridge-Barbish, Josef Barbish, Kevin Hofer, Patricia Moran, Richard Lesko, and Ella Parker. The next Branch 14 meeting will be held Wednesday, Sept. 6 at 7:30 p.m. at the First Hungarian Reformed Church, 14530 Alexander Road, Walton Hills.
