Branch 800 Altoona, PA by Vincent Frank Happy St. Patrick's Day. Soon the Irish and many others will be wearing green and decorating their homes with shamrocks in honor of St. Patrick on March 17. Corned beef and cabbage is enjoyed in many American homes, but its popularity soars on St. Patrick's Day. So, all of you who celebrate this green event, have a happy day. 18 William Penn Life, March 2005
