Until June 30.2003. you can get life insurance for your spouse-guaranteed!

The WPA, once again, has extended the deadline for our Guaranteed Spouse Insurance Program. You now have until June 30, 2003, to take advantage of this terrific offer and buy insurance coverage on your spouse without evidence of insurability and with no health questions asked.

The spouse of any eligible member can choose from any permanent insurance or Single Premium Whole Life plan currently offered by the WPA. The spouse of each member will be limited to one new insurance policy. For this promotion, the following maximum face amounts of insurance will apply:

Up to Age 55 = $5,000 Ages 56 to 65 = $3,000 Ages 66 to 80 = $2,000*

* PLEASE NOTE: Spouses ages 76 to 80 may apply for Single Premium Whole Life insurance only.
