WPA schedules an adventure in Hungary THE WPA AND MAGYAR Marketing invite you to participate in an unforgettable experience this summer as you visit Hungary's historical cities and the beautiful countryside. There will be a one-day stop in Slovakia to visit the old Hungarian city of Kassa (now Kocise) where many Hungarians still reside. Vasvary, a member of the WPA's National Auditing Committee, who recently earned his certification as a Chef de Cuisine from the American Culinary Federation. Mr. Vasvary currently works in the residential dining services at Harvard University in Cambridge, Mass.. He has taught cooking classes for seniors and has previously worked at Dartmouth College's Courtyard Cafe and at the Huddleston Dining Hall at the University of New Hampshire. Throughout his career he has cooked for the sports teams at the above schools. A member of the National Association of College and University Food Services, Mr. Vasvary has also cooked for the New Hampshire Air National Guard on weekend training at Pease Air Base. The American Culinary Federation, based in St. Augustine, Fla., is a professional organization of chefs throughout the U.S. which offers certification for chefs on several levels.
