William Penn Association Hungarian Language Camp 2003 John Palasics—excellent teacher. He handled the beginner's class. He's been teaching at the camp for years. He and Emery Markus did a great job and really made learning a pleasure. Here's a shot of the whole gang. There were 15 of us students and two teachers—John Palasics and Emery Markus. What a great time we had learning Hungarian, relaxing in the beautiful surroundings of Penn Scenic View, making new friends and renewing old acquaintances. What a great way to spend a week in August! I gained 5 pounds that week! It's these ladies fault. That's Marguerite Beke on the left, Elaine Toth in the middle and Maria Bistey. They cooked three square meals a day for us—most of it good ol* Hungarian food. They and the rest of the camp staf f made sure we had a wonderful stay. My hat's off to them! 10 \\ illim Penn Life, September 2003
